Your satisfaction with your Program, Product or Service is important to us. Yet, because of the extensive time, effort, preparation and care that goes into creating and/or providing our Programs, Products, Services and Program Materials, no refunds are offered under any circumstance. This includes deposits, programs paid in full and payment plans. I am willing to have conversations about payment plans, but if you decide to withdraw after one session for any reason, you are still fully responsible for making all Program payments.
Please invest with confidence and commit to yourself to complete the program.
At The June Lotus, we are committed to creating a respectful, supportive, and empowering environment for your healing and growth. To honor the time and energy we both invest in this journey, please review the following policies regarding your coaching sessions:
Scheduling & Timeliness
Punctuality matters. Please arrive on time for your scheduled session. Sessions will begin and end at the agreed-upon time, even if you arrive late.
If you're more than 15 minutes late without notice, the session may be considered a no-show and marked as missed without refund or rescheduling.
Cancellations & Rescheduling
You may reschedule or cancel your session with at least 24 hours' notice via email or text. Number to text will be provided before your first session.
Late cancellations (less than 24 hours) will result in the session being forfeited and counted as used.
Emergency situations will be reviewed with compassion and flexibility when possible.
No-Shows
A no-show (absence without notice) will result in the session being forfeited.
Repeated no-shows may lead to suspension or termination of the coaching agreement.
Package Sessions
If you’ve purchased a session or package, we encourage you to complete them within the designated timeframe agreed upon at the start of your coaching journey.
Unused sessions are non-transferable and non-refundable after the expiration period unless otherwise agreed.
Communication
Please communicate any concerns or schedule changes as soon as possible. Clear and respectful communication keeps our work aligned and effective.

Cyber Bullying and/or Harassment
We foster an environment of respect and understanding, where all individuals feel valued and supported. Cyber bullying and harassment, including sending discriminatory, harassing, or threatening messages or images, are strictly prohibited. Additionally, posting messages that defame or slander others or engaging in harassment based on any individual's background or identity is unacceptable. We encourage open dialogue and constructive communication, free from any form of discrimination or intimidation.
Disruptive and/or Disrespectful Behavior
We believe in the importance of maintaining a positive and conducive learning environment for all participants. Any conduct or behavior that disrupts the teaching and learning process or undermines the rules of the virtual classroom is not tolerated. This includes refusing to follow instructions, unmuting oneself without permission, and engaging in behavior that may embarrass or disrespect others. We strive to cultivate an atmosphere of mutual respect and cooperation, where everyone can thrive and learn effectively.
Over Engagement and/or Over Sharing
While we value student participation and interaction, it is essential to maintain a balance and respect others' space within our community. We encourage thoughtful and intentional contributions, mindful of others' boundaries and comfort levels.
Filming and Posting of Classes
To protect the privacy and confidentiality of our community members, filming and posting of live or pre-recorded classes are strictly prohibited. Any violation of this policy will result in immediate disciplinary action, including membership cancellation and potential legal consequences. We prioritize the safety and comfort of all individuals within our community and uphold the highest standards of professionalism and respect.
Disciplinary Action
We are committed to maintaining a supportive, sustainable, and healthy communication environment for all members of our community. Any breach of our Code of Conduct Guidelines will result in disciplinary action, including membership probation or immediate cancellation. We urge all participants to adhere to these guidelines to ensure a positive and enriching experience for everyone. Please note that memberships created under false pretenses will be promptly removed to uphold the integrity of our community.
