Journey to Self™ is an 7-week group coaching experience designed to help you rediscover your inner truth through holistic and intuitive practices.
Each week explores a different dimension of the self — from awareness and acceptance to love, trust, and alignment. Through movement, conversation, and mindful reflection, you’ll learn to listen to your inner voice, release what no longer serves, and embody the wholeness that’s always been within you.

"I’ve been on a journey to becoming a more positive and aware person. This workshop and Bea taught that as we grow and change we are already doing the work. Perfection is a goal we may strive towards but every time we take little steps we are already a changed person. We are no longer the person we were yesterday or last week because of the work we are doing.
One tool I learned that I will continue to use is speaking aloud to myself and thanking myself for all the little things I do for myself. It’s a kind of gratitude practice, “Thank you _______ (your name) for the warm cup of tea you brewed. Thank you for his warm cozy sweater you bought.”
I continue to release negative self talk and turn it around to be something positive and appreciate myself for who I am and not what I do.
I’m still working on hearing and noticing my intuition, my inner knowledge, and every time I practice I’m getting stronger. I know that I am changing in positive ways and I am not the person I was yesterday, last week or last year.

A Week-by-Week Journey of Clarity and Alignment
This week is about hitting pause and noticing what’s really going on inside. You’ll explore your thoughts, emotions, and patterns so you can start seeing yourself without judgment — just curiosity and clarity.
Now that you’re aware, we practice kindness toward yourself. You’ll learn to meet all parts of you — even the messy or uncomfortable parts — with understanding instead of criticism.
This week focuses on remembering that your worth isn’t earned or measured by achievements. You’ll practice recognizing your value simply for being you.
Here we turn awareness and acceptance into care. You’ll explore ways to treat yourself with the same compassion and attention you give others, building a stronger, supportive relationship with yourself. We'll be letting go of old habits, thoughts, or beliefs that weigh you down. You’ll practice techniques to release what doesn’t support your growth and make space for positive change.
Trusting yourself is key to making decisions and moving forward with confidence. This week, you’ll practice tuning in to your instincts and learning to rely on your own judgment.
Once you trust yourself, you have access to clarity and insight. This week is about seeing oneself from higher, more compassionate perspective. Od narratives weaken as intuition, wisdom and inner vision sharpens.
In the final week, everything comes together. You’ll learn how to integrate what you’ve discovered and practiced so that your daily choices reflect who you truly are, helping you feel more balanced, centered, and confident.
Building upon the last, each session weaves together guided somatic and mindfulness practices, reflective journaling and group discussion, intuitive coaching and intention-setting, and weekly affirmations designed to deepen your growth and integration.

Frequently Asked Questions
Q: Do I need prior experience in mindfulness or coaching to join?
No. This program is open to all experience levels — whether you’re just beginning your self-awareness journey or deepening your existing practice.
Q: What do I need to bring to sessions?
A journal, pen, comfortable clothing, and an open heart. Please bring a yoga mat for in-person sessions.
Q: Can I switch between virtual and in-person sessions?
Yes. You can attend the format that best fits your week.
Q: Are recordings available?
If you miss a session a recording will be provided and available to you for 1 month.
Q: Are payment plans available?
Yes, 50% is due upon registration and the balance must be completed before our 4th meeting.
Q: What is your refund policy?
Because of the limited group size, all purchases are final. However, if you miss a class, you may attend the alternate session that week (virtual or in person). For more info please review our terms and policies.
